How are Robert Guenther glass sinks distinctive from other glass vessels?
Robert Guenther designs and handcrafts every piece. Each piece is signed by the artist. Only the very best materials and techniques are used to create your work of art. Robert uses materials including 22KT gold leaf and silver leaf on applicable pieces. He also hand etches and hand paints applicable pieces.

Does any style faucet work?
If you under mount your sink any faucet should work. If your sink is “self-rim” or “vessel” mounted the height of the sink lip above the counter will determine what height faucet you use. Faucets come in many styles and sizes. Some come with a high neck and handles, some can be mounted on the wall, and lower height faucets can be mounted on a ledge or shelf behind the sink.
Are glass sinks durable?
Robert Guenther glass sinks are double layered tempered glass which is very durable. It should not crack or break with normal use.
Are there any special care instructions?
While glass sinks are durable do not use water so hot that you can not hold your hand under it to avoid thermal shock. Consider turning your water heater down to an energy saving temperature around 125 degrees.
How should I clean my sink?
Your sink can be cleaned with any non-abrasive glass cleaner. A mixture of vinegar and water can be used to remove any hard water spots.
Are there any special installation requirements?
While installation is not difficult it is highly recommended that you use a plumber experienced with installing glass sinks. Avoid over tightening drain assemblies. They should be tightened by hand only.
